We will not issue a pre-approval without fully evaluating all aspects of the transaction

We pledge to do a complete, thorough, 360° evaluation of your financing ability. We will review all your income and asset documentation to insure that nothing is missed. Since 90% of our loans are underwritten in the Needham office, more complicated transactions will get a full underwriter review.

If the property is a condo we will review the condo details to insure that the property meets all secondary market guidelines.

When you receive a Pre-Approval letter from Fairway, we guarantee your loan will close as long as there are no changes to your ability to qualify for the loan.
